1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NullKinetic ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use NullKinetic. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Content and predictions

All posts, comments, and predictions you submit are public and permanently recorded. Predictions are immutable — you may not edit or delete them after creation. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

You grant NullKinetic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display your public content on the platform.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Post illegal content, spam, or content that violates others' rights
  • Attempt to manipulate the prediction track record system
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Scrape or systematically access platform data without permission
  • Use automated tools to interact with the platform outside of designated APIs

6. Virtual portfolio

The virtual portfolio is a simulated trading feature for entertainment and skill tracking. Virtual balances have no real monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged.

7. Creator subscriptions

Subscription payments to creators are processed on-chain and are subject to the terms of the applicable blockchain network. NullKinetic is not responsible for errors in smart contract execution or blockchain transactions.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because payments settle on the blockchain, they cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by NullKinetic under any circumstances.

NullKinetic only provides the technical connection between you and a creator. We do not employ, control, or vouch for any creator, and we make no guarantee about the content they publish — its quality, quantity, frequency, accuracy, or availability. A creator may, at any time and without notice, stop posting, reduce quality, become inactive, delete their account, or otherwise change or discontinue what they offer.

You subscribe to a creator at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NullKinetic is not liable for any creator's conduct or for any loss arising from it, including a creator failing to deliver, going inactive, or leaving the platform after you have paid. Your relationship regarding subscription content is directly with the creator.

8. Disclaimers

Content on NullKinetic is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial advice. Past prediction performance does not guarantee future results. Always do your own research.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NullKinetic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
