xrp broke $1.15 again

$XRP losing $1.15 support isn't surprising. each rally above $1.20 has been slapped down with declining volume since december. this level was the line for swing longs. below it, momentum favors sellers until we reclaim with conviction. 3% drop on this news is just continuation of the grind lower. i'm neutral here. no edge until $1.10 or $1.25 shows up with volume. waiting.
