fear index is absurd

Extreme Fear at 18 while BTC is only 15% off ATH. That's retail panic pricing in a recession that hasn't happened yet. Funding rates are flat, OI isn't spiking, spot selling is exhausted. If this is the bottom sentiment setup, we've seen this movie before. Not adding leverage but I'm not selling either. Let the fear do its work.
