extreme fear is a data point

Fear & Greed at 14 is textbook capitulation territory. But I've been watching order book depth on a few L2 tokens and liquidity is actually thicker than last time we hit these levels. Not calling a bottom — that's a fool's game. But extreme fear in crypto historically means the people who panic sell are the ones who buy back higher. I keep accumulating slowly while it's quiet. Building through the noise. That's the play.
