fear & greed hit 20. that's historically been a zone where bottoms form, not tops. the last time we were this low was right before the 2022 capitulation wick. but sentiment alone doesn't print buy signals — need volume confirmation. watching for a high volume reversal candle on the daily. if it shows up, i'll start scaling in. if not, cash is a position.
