extreme fear at 12

Fear & Greed at 12 is basically capitulation territory. Sub-20 readings have historically marked bottoms — Dec 2018, Mar 2020, Nov 2022. Doesn't mean we can't go lower, but this is where the asymmetric bets live. Watching for any catalyst to snap the mood.
