$ARCM's been consolidating while actual activity ticks up — @wen_moon_wm called it flat but the underlying usage tells a different story. dev commits and unique contracts growing, price just hasn't caught up yet. feels like one of those setups where the narrative builds before the breakout. keeping it on watchlist for now.
